Visitor Center Lodging

Located at headquarters, originally intended for Volunteers, which includes:

  • Hot and cold shower;

  • Ceiling or mobile fan;

  • Single bed or bunk bed.

There are five houses with a total of 38 beds available and six bathrooms with showers, plus two outside without showers. Staying in these houses requires paying daily rates, the price of which varies according to the type of courses and users, as well as the number and type of meals desired.

Research House

It is approximately six kilometers from the Visitors Center, at the beginning of the Green Trail. The house has capacity for 15 people and is equipped with:

  • 03 rooms with bunk beds;

  • 01 kitchen (stove / refrigerator / kitchen utensils and gas);

  • 01 bathroom for hot/cold shower and another with toilet;

  • 01 external tank and a porch/balcony with a work table and benches.

The use of this house requires the payment of a symbolic contribution fee to cover gas and cleaning costs, which must also be kept organized by the students themselves. In addition, it is often used by those who prefer to be closer to the main trails where research will be conducted, by those who prefer to cook and/or have complete autonomy during their stay at REGUA.

There are two local supermarkets and it is possible to stay overnight at Casa da Pesquisa and request meals at the Visitor Center, which will be paid separately, regardless of the daily rate.
