There are five houses with a total of 35 beds available and six bathrooms with showers.

Hot and cold shower; ceiling or mobile fan; and single bed or bunk bed. There is a daily rate, the price varies according to the facilities required, the type of course and number of users, as well as the number and type of meals required.

Casa da Pesquisa, which is approximately six kilometers from the Visitors Center, at the beginning of the Green Trail provides Research accommodation within the forest. The house has capacity for 15 people and is equipped with:

3 bedrooms with bunk beds; kitchen (stove/fridge/ kitchenware and bottled gas);  a bathroom with hot/cold shower and a toilet; there is also a veranda with a desk and benches. The use of this house requires the payment of a contribution to cover gas and cleaning costs. The students in this accommodation are responsible for maintaining themselves and providing all their own food and drinks etc. Casa de Pesquisa is often used by those who prefer to be closer to the main trails where research will be conducted, by those who prefer to cook and/or have complete autonomy during their stay at REGUA.
