36 - Conheça o projeto de reintrodução da Anta (Tapirus terrestris) na REGUA

A reintrodução de antas (Tapirus terrestris) na Reserva Ecológica de Guapiaçu (REGUA), uma espécie localmente extinta no Estado do Rio de Janeiro há muitos anos, teve início em 2017 com a chegada de três animais. Essa reintrodução faz parte do plantel de projetos promovidos e levados a cabo pelo REFAUNA e neste caso está sendo coordenado também pelo Laboratório de Ecologia e Manejo de Animais Silvestres do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio de Janeiro (LEMAS-IFRJ). Junto com a reintrodução desses animais, estão sendo conduzidas pesquisas acerca de sua capacidade de dispersão de sementes, ecologia espacial e outras interações ecológicas. Atualmente temos oito antas vivendo nas florestas da REGUA, sendo que uma nasceu em vida livre. Os animais estão adaptados e os moradores do entorno da REGUA apoiam a reintrodução. Planejamos transportar mais antas para a REGUA em breve, com o objetivo de estabelecer uma população viável, que com o tempo disperse para o Parque Estadual dos Três Picos e outras áreas florestadas adjacentes, colonizando a região mais densamente florestadas do estado, o Mosaico da Mata Atlântica Central Fluminense.

Mình có lần lướt đọc mấy trao đổi trên mạng شيخ روحاني thì thấy nhắc nên cũng tò mò mở ra xem thử cho biết.
